This role involves working with students across a wide age range, from 2 to 19 years old, providing crucial support within educational settings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist classroom teachers in implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEN.
  • Provide oneonone support to students with learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, or other special needs.
  • Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with educational professionals and parents to ensure each student's needs are met effectively.

Requirements:


  • Experience working with individuals with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning environments and work effectively within a team.

Qualifications:


  • A teaching assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 TA certification) is preferred but not mandatory.
