Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working to fill a vacant part-time Adminstration role within the public sector based in the Stockport area.
Duties:
- To undertake administrative duties in a timely manner
- Utilise systems to ensure note taking, audio typing, and communication is carried out effectively
- To handle incoming telephone calls
- To collect, collate, input and extract data into/from systems
The Person:
- Will be a team player
- Have a professional and polite telephone manner
- An ability to multitask
- Able to undetake a variety of clerical duties
