Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working to fill a vacant part-time Adminstration role within the public sector based in the Stockport area.


Duties:


  • To undertake administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Utilise systems to ensure note taking, audio typing, and communication is carried out effectively
  • To handle incoming telephone calls
  • To collect, collate, input and extract data into/from systems

The Person:


  • Will be a team player
  • Have a professional and polite telephone manner
  • An ability to multitask
  • Able to undetake a variety of clerical duties
