Salary Hay 5 Scp 6-13 (£26,625 - £29,853 FTE)

(salary will be paid pro-rata for term-time working £22,690 to £25,441)

Contract Full-time / Permanent

35.5 hours per week. Term Time Only

We are looking for an effective and highly organised Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to join our
team. You will be the 'face' of the school at reception and the office, and co-ordinate all administrative
functions to assist in the smooth running of the school.- An excellent communicator and have good interpersonal skills, with a good standard of written and
- spoken English
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft office packages, Microsoft Teams and financial packages
  • Able to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities
  • Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
  • Able to be resourceful and proactive, in particular where unexpected issues arise
  • Able to maintain confidentiality; having tact and diplomacy where necessary
  • Positive, efficient and flexible
  • Experience in working in a school office would be advantageous
