Creditsafe is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team in Caerphilly.

This office is the home of our sales team in the UK and is full of energy, bringing a great environment for your working day.

The person hired will be required to attend the office daily with a great benefit of an early finish on a Friday each week.

JOB PROFILE
The HR Administrator plays an active role in small HR team. The position will provide full administrative support as well as providing advice and support to the management team. The role is a great opportunity for the right individual looking to progress to a HR Advisor post.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Preparing and reviewing essential employment documentation, including contractual changes and letters
  • Maintenance of all paper and electronic files
  • Participation in all absence management
  • Providing advice and support to management team
  • Maintain the HR Dynamics system
  • Respond to HR queries
  • General Hr Administration

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Level 3 CIPD
  • Friendly 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and Efficient
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to progress
