The Role

Are you a safety-conscious individual with traffic management experience and would like the opportunity to work for a company that will give you plenty of opportunities to develop reinstatement and repair and maintenance skills? If yes, then we have the perfect role for you as a Multi-Skilled Operative.

Here are some of the activities that you would get involved with...

Work alongside Repair & Maintenance teams, to set up the required Traffic Management
Assist & support R&M & Reinstatement teams with minor works
Maintain sites in accordance with Highways regulations
Record works completed onto the works management system
Ensure sites are cleared within permit durations (TM & Non TM)
Find cost effective and alternative ways to keep the public moving on the highway

We would love to hear from you if you have

A full and valid UK driving licence and Lantra tickets are needed, along with great communication skills, and a 'can do' attitude.

Working in and on highways can be dangerous, so an appreciation of why we always operate safely, don't take risks or short cuts is essential.
