Are you an experienced Business Development / Sales Engineering professional with a proven track record in the world of Intralogistics / Warehouse Automation utilising ASRS, AGV, AMR and other associated technology? Does the prospect of joining the AutomationDivision of a company that is already genuinely a market leader in the world of materials handling appeal to you?
The Intralogistics market is booming and we are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development / Sales Engineering professional to lead business development for my client's UK Automation Division in a pivotal role where you will be working closelywith the Divisional Director to qualify and develop sales leads into RFP / RFQ opportunities and then continue to provide input throughout the Sales and Sales Engineering phase.
- Developing leads into sales pipeline for Projects with a focus on automated warehouse solutions.
- Developing a network of trusted key contacts in order to sustain growth.
- Working with the divisional Director to enhance the marketing proposition and to raise brand awareness for the division in the UK
- Meeting with clients, analysing requirements, developing and presenting solutions and working closely with the design and implementation teams on the development of concepts & solutions for clients
- Working with Regional and Corporate sales teams (both in the UK and overseas) in order to further develop market awareness and generate leads
- Keeping abreast of competitor activity and other developments in UK market
