Process Support Officer
Our public sector client is looking for a Process Support Officer to join in the Process Improvement Project, enabling the project more reach in strict timeframes.
You will have a key role in ensuring the project to meet key milestones and objectives and embed change within the organisation.
This is an important project to help improve the organisational development and strategy alignment to deliver efficiency benefits for both the business and customers.
Skills
- Experience in project management and organisational design
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfalls teams/environments
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies, such as LEAN, Six Sigma, Business process evaluation and mapping
- Excellent communication skills
Day to day
- Delivering specific tasks to deliver detailed process reviews for all areas within the organisation responsibilities include stakeholder relationship management, requirement gathering, process mapping, running workshops and documenting findings in support of the process reviews.
- Regular recommendations to the department heads and/or the Exec board will be required to support change proposals and provide strategic options for discussion
- Departmental analysis and mapping will identify multiple processes for consideration and additional information will need to be gathered to support review
- You will be required to compete training and qualification in Lean Six Sigma to green belt level
