Description
Our client based in Knowhill is seeking an experienced Service Planner to join their busy team.


What you will be doing:

  • Allocating for reactive and installation technicians
  • Planning installations
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed and achieving a firsttime fix
  • Planning of Technicians return visits
  • Providing Customers with accurate updates where required
  • Providing support to Technicians for the planning and processing of their holiday
  • 2 years' experience in a similar scheduled focused role
  • Geographical knowledge of the whole of the UK
  • Methodical and Organised
  • First class customer service skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of SAP (Desired)

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00 (Weekend cover also required on a rota basis)
  • Hybrid role 3 days in office/ 2 days from home (after training period)
