Your role
This role is a Maternity Cover for our current Talent Acquisition Partner and will last for approximately 10 months. We are based in Central Manchester and have a Hybrid working Model - approx. 2-3 days per week onsite.


As Talent Acquisition Partner you will work in partnership with key stakeholders to gain a deep knowledge of their workforce planning and departmental strategies in order to provide expertise across end to end talent acquisition in line with the People plan.

You will act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, demonstrating Auden's values and behaviours.


Auden are at an exciting point in their growth journey and there will be focus on fostering employer brand activities and value add initiatives to help us attract and retain the best talent the market has to offer.


What you'll be doing

  • You will be responsible for the implementation of the Talent Acquisition Strategy making sure you keep the business up to date with emerging trends, build key partnerships and deliver against acquisition KPIs.
  • You will lead and advocate for a small team, working in partnership with your direct reports to achieve their career development goals.
  • You will work hands on recruiting new employees into the business (mainly Technology professionals) whilst also delivering on Talent/People projects
  • Supports the Head of People in managing the Talent Acquisition budget and using sound judgement to select the appropriate hiring method, balancing time to hire /quality of hire budget and ROI on recruitment tools

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a similar fastpaced environment within a technology focussed Talent Acquisition role, either in house or agency
  • Expertise in sourcing through a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Hackajob, GitHub etc.), networking, interviewing, and offer negotiations at all levels
  • Curious to explore new trends in recruiting technology and social networking
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders with a professional approach
  • Proactively engage and manage diversity & inclusion initiatives particularly in Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Experience of dealing with confidential/sensitive information in line with GDPR
  • Fully proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ ATS and experience of social media channels

Right now, we'll be adopting a hybrid approach to working.

Most of us are spending 40-60% of our working time in the office each month, with our operating hours typically between 9am and 5.30pm.

This approach is designed so that we are able to offer a balance to the needs of you, our customers, the team, and the business.
