We put people before profit, always. We are actively recruiting learning support assistants for schools based in
Flintshire.

Have previous experience working with children
Be registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Be a passionate practitioner with the desire to improve the education outcomes for all pupils
Have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
Be able to support and promote the ethos of the school When you register with Hoop:
Take advantage of our Continued Professional Development and Training platform, where you can access both e-learning modules as well as physical courses at our Hoop HQ
You will receive your pay on a weekly basis, with no hidden deductions
You will be in control of your working week, by letting us know when you are available or not. We will endeavour to find work on any days you are available
