We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive experience


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Up sell products by effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to upsell products by highlighting their value to customers.
  • Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
  • Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

Salary:
From £23,535.00 per year
