My client based in Leeds, LS12 is currently recruiting a customer service advisor for their vastly growing business.

Main Responsibilities:

Dealing with incoming calls
Chasing deliveries, arranging collections, arranging credits
Processing sales orders on a bespoke windowsbased system
Prepare system quotations, source products if not stocked & follow up as required
Liaise with external sales teams
Build business relationship with internal/ external customers
Liaise with customers on delivery rescheduling and resourcing if required
Maintain and monitor quotation and lead files
Contribute to the sales growth through both existing and prospect customers
Dealing with a variety of customer service enquires and reporting of service calls

Required skills and competencies:

Customer focused
Customer service experience
Excellent IT skills, Microsoft office, Excel
Previous experience in a structured customer sales or telesales environment is preferable but not essential
Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of team as well as individually
Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent listening skills with an ability to engage and influence customers
Have a proactive approach, working in an agile business

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 05:00pm
