Since 1995 Colpitts World Travel Ltd have operated as a Corporate & Clinical Trial Travel Company with offices in Edinburgh & Aberdeen.
In 2016 Colpitts was acquired by Direct Travel Inc. in the USA and we rebranded to Colpitts World Travel Ltd- A Direct Travel Company.
Hybrid working - You will be expected to attend the office at least one day a week but be prepared to work additional days in the office if required.
Able to work with different currencies
Ordering/pricing daily office supplies/stationary when necessary
Reconciling intercompany Currency accounts
Accounts Payable duties
Vat Returns
Accruals
Reviewing and Paying Landlord Management Fees
National Statistics Returns
Assist with annual Audits
Oversee Finance Team in absence of Finance Manager
Any other adhoc duties as required.
Beneficial but not essential to have experience in travel industry
Must be able to work both as a team and independently.
Both written and verbal Communication skills are a must
Must have at least three years working in Finance and Managing staff
