Logistics People are looking for a Customer Service Administrators to join our team.Location:
Bristol
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Pay rate:
£11.93 P/hr
Logistics People are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrators to join our Team in Bristol, based at our Culina Site.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Allocation of booking slots according to clients requests, provision of booking references to hauliers
- Timely and accurate completion of Goods In schedule with client's specification.
- Creation and modification of pre advise documents for inbound loads and returned stock.
- Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure
- Scanning and Indexing load plans.
- Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
- Process cross docked load / paperwork
- Maintenance of Goods In files, archiving and housekeeping
- Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers
- Processing system transactions to correct stock balances
- Providing cover for Goods In desk as required
- General administration.
- Other duties as reasonably required
ADDITIONAL SITE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspecting floors daily and physically checking stock as required
- Reconciling goods inbound report
- Reconciling 'chill' download report
SCOPE
Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
Required to cover day and night shifts.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- PC literate and experience in MS Excel
- Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
- Proactive and adaptable approach
- Selfstarter, ability to work using own initiative
- Conscientious and reliable
- Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise
- Excellent customer service skill
- Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
What does working as an Administrator for Logistics People involve?

- This position also includes stock control work, which includes investigation into stock issues in the warehouse environment and being trained to operate a scissor lift.
- Experience with EXCEL Sheets and WMS systems
- H&S Basic knowledge would be advantageous as this will become the main role and training will be given
- Sending reports when I am out of the business
