We're a privately held recruitment business that specialises in helping businesses find talent in Technology, Accounting, Governance, Compliance, Change Management, Advisory and Legal.

We are looking for consultants to join our team in London, this desk in particular focuses on helping business hire specialist talent in the Business Change and Transformation sector.

The team have a diverse client base varying in size and different industrysectors which means it is an incredibly interesting team to be a part of.

Working alongside some of the best consultants in the industry you will be provided with all the tools you need to be a successful consultant.

You will be supported but also given the freedom to be yourself as you develop your own way of recruiting.

Afterall people buy from people and we embrace this.

This a 360 recruitment role which means as well as finding and attracting talent to fill your open roles you will also be actively building your own network of clients through business development calls/meetings and gathering business intelligence.

You willbe responsible for the entire recruitment process end to end.

Some recruitment exposure is ideal. We would also consider applicants with a sales background.
