Description

At the Belfry Hotel you will be completing a Food Production Chef Level 2 apprenticeship alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Your daily roles will include;

  • Ensuring the kitchen and equipment are kept spotless following cleaning procedures.
  • Storing, preparing and cooking a variety of foods.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in Kitchen safety and efficiency, including but not limited to; temperature control and stock control.

For this role you must have the ability to follow health and safety and food hygiene instructions, with training on this provided.


Personal qualities


As an Apprentice Kitchen Porter you will have good communication skills, with a high attention to detail, as well as the ability to be flexible and work as part of a team.
