Description
Due to the business expansion, our team is growing and we are now looking for an ambitious Client Services Executive (Italian Speaker) with a keen interest in international education.
You will have the opportunity to speak with students from Italy.Your role will involve managing all related administrative tasks and business processes to complete student booking processes and to help the sales teams maximise revenue generation and growth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure that bookings are processed within the agreed SLA period, payment and visas are received on time and all customer queries are answered in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure bookings are retained
- Utilise Salesforce CRM System as well as various internal systems and databases to manage bookings
- Deal effectively with challenges that arise throughout the enrolment process, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to the relevant line managers and provide ongoing customer support
- Ensure that refunds are processed promptly and correctly
- Support colleagues in the team and help them out with administrative tasks during a busy period and cover their work while they out on holiday or off sick.
- Support school personnel during the bookings process and with any other after care needed until the student leaves the school
- Build knowledge of agents develop strong relationships with counsellors, to ensure that KIE is an agent's firstchoice provider across multiple school locations
You will be passionate about international education, fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and have a good cultural understanding of Italy.
Any further language would also be of advantage. You will be performance driven and enjoy the challenge of a busy, international, multi-lingual and fast-paced office environment.You will have had some experience providing administrative support in a corporate sales environment and be comfortable working to tight deadlines while managing competing priorities.
You are expected to spend a good amount of time on the phone to help and resolve any pre-arrival issues, especially during the summer peak season.
Salary, benefits and working schedule:
This is a full-time position with a salary of £23,500 pro-rata for a fixed term length of 6 months.
We offer on the job training, on-going coaching and training in Salesforce and other systems, as well as incentives and performance schemes.
Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm. Flexibility is required in working hours aligned to the territory.How to apply:
