REGULATORY SOLICITOR / DPO - WEST MIDLANDS / REMOTE - TO £110K An experienced Regulatory Solicitor / DPO is required work within the in-house legal and compliance team of a Large Public Utilities Company.

Role Overview Based in the West Midlands you'lljoin a large Public Utilities Company.

The role is varied and my client is looking for an experienced Regulatory Solicitor / Data Protection Law specialist who can:

Demonstrate expertise in data protection law and should be keen to continue to grow yourexpertise.
Have the ability to advise and expertise to advise the board on data protection law and regulatory matters

You will have:

Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
Experience gained within a comparable environment and at anappropriate level.
Proven experience
Previous experience in Utilities or generalinsurance would be an advantage, but is not essential. What's on offer? You will join an expanding multimillion pound public utilities company with ambitious expansion plans over the next 5 years.
