Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, salvaging usable parts while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Restore salvage vehicles by assembling parts and components to restore them to working condition.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in vehicle mechanics and restoration, preferably in a salvage or breakers yard environment.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently at a fast pace.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of vehicle components.
  • Possession of a valid driving
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm


Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
