THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Technical Administration Assistant based in Dundee reporting directly to the Admin Manager Maintenance.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Technical administration of the HP Pipelines Landowner Liaison process and database
- Supporting the aerial surveillance process for HP Pipelines
- Liaison with Pipelines operational staff to ensure requests and enquiries from external stakeholders are actioned promptly
- Administration and update of records to SGN systems
- Work scheduling of routine and nonroutine maintenance activities in Maximo
- Inputting of completed Sightings into RAPTOR
- Providing general support and assistance to operational colleagues

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
A key requirement will be the ability to communicate effectively and politely both verbally and in writing with employees, managers and customers within and outside of SGN.
You will be highly organised, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlinesand responding to changing priorities at short notice however accuracy and attention to detail is also essential.
Good knowledge and experience of SGN systems is required and an understanding of the systems and processes in place within Maintenance would be beneficial.
This is a technical administrative role, and it is therefore expected that you will have a knowledgeand understanding of technical and legislative matters impacting on the Maintenance activities.
