_Borthwick Group_ is a company established in 2008, operating from the North East and across the UK.

We work through the ECO4 scheme, which focuses on reducing carbon emissions, and are constantly expanding, with a workforce of over 150 staff, 70+ vans and completing thousands of installs yearly.

We are currently looking for an outgoing, technical minded individual to join our expanding team of surveyors.

Due to success during 2023 Q4, and contracts secured 2024 Q1, we have immediate and January start dates available._

We operate nationally, so surveys can be based anywhere throughout the UK. Therefore, the flexibility for travel and stay throughout the working week is required for the role.


Daily responsibilities include:

  • Traveling to customers properties
  • Creating floor plans of homes
  • Taking photos and measurements of homes

Requirements:


  • Experience reading and interpreting floorplans would be beneficial
  • Fluent in basic mathematics
  • In good physical health
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent

Salary:


  • Starting salary £23,000, increasing to £25,000 after full training with a generous bonus package. Once fully qualified, salary then rises to £30,000.

Salary:

£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Licence/Certification:
- driving license and over the age of 21 for insurance (required)
