Sales & Marketing Support Executive

This client is part of the European leading firm in services to Recruitment Companies. The division is a specialist across funding, back office outsourcing and technology.

This opportunity is to support the Sales Director and the Sales team in attracting new customers and winning new business.

Sales Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sales team with quotes, pricing, compliance, credit checking and reporting
• Generation of monthly sales reports from CRM system
• CRM maintenance ensuring data quality of existing and prospective customers
• Work with the Sales team to continually improve Fresh Sales workflow, reporting and dashboards
• Liaising with accounts team on sales, first billing and invoicing queries
• Liaising with channel partners on introductions
• Assisting the Systems team with ensuring systems are working correctly
• Attend sales meetings
• Forwarding product / Service information to customers
• Generate and maintain standard products costings / price list

Marketing responsibilities
Working as conduit between Sales & Marketing functions to ensure marketing is completed. Be aware of the Marketing Plan for our division to ensure all marketing tasks are completed. Liaise with our marketing team on content, web and social posting.

Assist our Marketing team in preparation of engaging marketing materials:

• Social Posts
• Digital Assets
• Case Studies
• Press Releases
• Product Datasheets
• Product videos

Personal Profile

• Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, publisher
• Experience in social posting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
