An exciting opportunity is available at our Sun Haven Holiday Park in Mawgan Porth, Newquay for a Park Warden.


This role is based at Sun Haven and will include some remote support, via telephone, for our Padstow Holiday Village in Padstow and our Penmarlam Lodge Retreat in Fowey.


Pay:
£11.00 per hour


Contract:
Seasonal


Hours:
Part time (25 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends)


Live In:

We do have the ability to offer a secure area to house your own touring caravan with electric hook-up if needed.


What will you do?
This is a seasonal role that will involve duties such as:

  • Ensuring the park looks at its best by completing a variety of maintenance activities
  • Some grounds work
  • Supporting out of hours emergency maintenance repairs between the 3 parks
  • Out of hours guest services enquiries across the 3 parks via telephone
This will be a broad and varied role helping across all aspects of the park.

You will work closely with the rest of the team being a trusted colleague and taking pride in all of your work.


What are we looking for?


To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a maintenance and customer facing role together with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strong organisation and practical skills will be essential, and we'd love to hear from you if have holiday park experience.


Most of all you will have a proactive attitude, be a natural problem solver and have a flexible approach to your working life.

Due to the nature of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.
