Job Content
All professional and technical activities consistent with the title of Senior Consultant including, but not restricted to;
- Preparing Technical Due Diligence reports for a range of privately financed projects, at various stages of their life including prior to Financial Close, during construction and throughout the various operational periods;
- Preparing Technical Due Diligence reports for a range of privately financed projects, at various stages of their life including prior to Financial Close, during construction and throughout the various operational periods;
- Providing ongoing technical advice to Lenders, SPV's, Building Contractors, FM Contractors and other consultants on a range of matters that fall within the scope of a privately financed project;
- Attending and inspecting various sites throughout Ireland and the UK in order to provide technical advice to Clients
- Preparing Technical Due Diligence reports for Lenders to a range of other projects
- Assisting in the development of Lifecycle Cost Models
- Assisting in the provision of Facilities Management consultancy advice
- Use and observance of the firms IT equipment and procedures and specifically those pertaining to the QS operation. Appropriate training will be given, if necessary.
The Employer
Our client is a well established Belfast practice with various projects spread across private and public sectors.
As mentioned, this role focuses on the PPP project which is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to develop relationships during a project and become a well known point of contact for any involvements in the project.
A slightly different role to the traditional QS or BS role, but both backgrounds will be suitable and our client are keen to speak to anybody who may have an interest in the role, with an early 2023 start in mind.

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
