Job description - the role

We are looking for a number of
Skilled Machinists for a
12 month contract based in
Ansty, Coventry on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.


As a Skilled Machinist you will be responsible for:

  • Working to Our clients Technical Instructions to deliver consistent, high-quality machining and inspection across a variety of different components and product families
  • The Skilled Machinist position are aimed across Operating a variety of CNC machines
  • Operating a variety of measuring equipment, including, Micrometers, plug gauges, and surface finish equipment.
  • The interpretation of manufacturing drawings, customer drawings and written specifications and, understanding programmes
  • Work within a team to effectively to ensure we hit our customer commitments.
  • Clear and demonstrated understanding of drawing interpretation, calibration, technical instruction and asset care
  • An individual who is confident to work alone or part of a team and will strive to achieve delivery commitments
- the Skilled Machinists will have a strong awareness of H&S and inspection visual techniques
