Safeguarding Officer at Cambourne Village College

Salary:
Scale 5 Point 12-17 £24,496 to £26,845 per annum FTE. Actual salary £11,229 to £12,306 per annum

Hours:
Up to 20 hours per week - actual days to be discussed at interview

The College is seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Officer to be a first point of contact for any member of the school staff who has a concern about the safety and well-being of a pupil, and for any pupils who self-refer.

The post holder will work as part of the Safeguarding team and ensure that any pupil suspected of being at risk of harm is protected and kept safe, through the following of best practice in safeguarding young people.
