Job Overview
The Project Work Co-Ordinator will support with data analysis, administration, file management, and scheduling.

You will use highly effective coaching and performance management skills to support in an industry leading retail security team for our client.


Main Duties

  • The Project Work Co-Ordinator will effectively support the operations manager, ensuring that they build, lead, retain and support in managing project works.
  • Be responsible for the completion of key communication to the client in specific processes.
  • Support and access data from the field teams ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Using the internal system to manage scheduling for the project works.
  • Supporting the project work managers and field teams.
  • Supporting the Coop contract for all requirements.
  • Supporting out of hours as oncall duty manager for project works.

Health and Safety responsibilities

  • Always follow group and company policies and procedures.
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
  • Use all work equipment and properly in accordance with training received.
