This move resulted in significant growth in revenue and profits as Jaded London were able to enjoy the benefits from a 1st party DTC strategy.


Since then Jaded London has grown annual revenue to £20m and has ambitious objectives to continue this growth to £100m over the next 3-5 years.

The management team believe this objective is achievable through greater focus on its 1st party DTC sales, pro-active international roll-out alongside enhanced paid media and CRM activity to further amplify the great product / brand assets Jaded London has already created.


About The Role:

Our People & Talent Partner will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

This means that your duties will involve managing job role designs, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

You'll need to split time according to business priorities and tasks, ranging from employee relations, advice and guidance, recruitment & selection, to the delivery of people projects.

The People & Talent Partner role plays a critical part in Jaded's long term success.

This is a hands on role that will need some flexibility and someone excited by the prospect of working for a small but rapidly growing company.


_ Main accountabilities will include:
_


  • Establish robust relationships with the leadership team, to understand future business needs and People / Talent support required;
  • Establish, support & drive forward change in people management practices and processes, including setting objectives and conducting structured, regular 121's with team members to include coaching that recognises and meets the different needs of each team member across the business;
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, liaising with agencies where necessary
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of our employees
  • Assess company benefits offered as well as training needs and opportunities
  • Nurture a positive working environment, including the promotion of equality and diversity
  • Provide employment law advice and guidance, to support the line managers;
  • Responsible for case management of complex employee relations;
  • Resource and talent management, actively participating in recruitment at all levels throughout the business;
  • Provide HR generalist advice, process knowledge & solution focused support;
  • Produce relevant timely reports for the senior management team Support operational managers ensuring best practice in people issues, including managing attendance, discipline and performance;
  • Deliver relevant training to the business on core HR matters;
  • Contribute to the sharing of good practice and support continuous improvement throughout the company;
  • Meaningful contribution to HR "add value" projects from employee engagement, to reward and benefit;
  • Provision of information, advice & guidance and support to colleagues and line managers as appropriate within the parameters of the position and escalate any queries if necessary;
  • To contribute to the smooth delivery of Jaded's people / talent programmes and services

Requirements:


_ Experience and qualifications:
_


  • CIPD level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a strategic HR role.
  • HR generalist background, with strategic business experience
  • Experience of end to end recruitment including advertising, interviewing & selection
  • Experience of operational management support
  • Experience of working to strict deadlines and in a responsive and pressured environment
  • Proven track record of HR project delivery
  • Experience in coaching employees, conducting 121 reviews, and identifying development and training needs
