- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintain organised filing systems
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment
- Assist in the organisation of meetings and events
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Support in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Uphold the values of the not for profit organisation
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Office Assistant should have:
- A strong aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- A positive and proactive approach to tasks
