  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Maintain organised filing systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment
  • Assist in the organisation of meetings and events
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Uphold the values of the not for profit organisation

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Office Assistant should have:

  • A strong aptitude for teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
