Hours - Full-time, Monday to Friday unless otherwise required
Key Responsibilities:
Graduate Performance Executive
Working within a busy environment your primary responsibilities will include:
- Parking Performance management
- analysis of revenue & operational data and assistance in the creation of action plans to drive performance.
- Innovation based on the analysis of data, suggest ideas to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Undertake daily system checks of the car parking systems and websites.
- Assist in KPI/ data pack creation and adhoc reports, to support the Car Parking Commercial Team with development of processes and reports on an ongoing basis.
- Lead in the research of innovative ways to remain ahead of the market through digital journeys, competitor analysis, latest car parking technology and product development.
- Implement car parking pricing and product changes.
- Be fully involved in the delivery of the Commercial Car Park strategy.
- Support with general commercial administrative duties when required.
- Maintain strong communications with the Management team and other colleagues, as well as external business partners.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Graduate Performance Executive
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
- Analytically strong
- Can prioritise and adapt to rapidly changing demands.
- Confident and willing to work as part of a team.
- Able to maintain discretion with data or information which may be commercially sensitive.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience within data and analytical environments and knowledge / experience of data visualisation software e.g., PowerBI (Desirable)
- Degree or equivalent experience
