My client requires a customer service administrator for a permanent role, immediate start after interview, working within a prestigious logistics company based in Greenford


Responsibilities:


  • Prioritise queries according to urgency and importance.
  • Receive and process customer orders on time and as per schedule.
  • Investigate and address problems by transmitting information and providing solutions.
  • Manage and make bookings through our internal system as well as book collections and deliveries via external portals.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with customers and make sure they are being regularly updated about the status of their deliveries.
  • Support the department in running scheduled daily/weekly reports when required.

Requirements and skills:


  • Proven experience as customer service administrator or relevant position.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create detailed reports and spreadsheets.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexile and adaptable.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
Monday to Friday Hours: 08:00-18: hrs a day, including 30 minute break)

Salary PA:
£25,584 : paid Weekly


Salary:
£25,504.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Greenford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (required)
