Specialist Cleaner Required in London

Our client is a multi-award-winning commercial cleaning & facilities management company, with an expert focus on high-end commercial clients, from luxury retail to education, corporate offices, and even royalty.

About the role

Purpose

Carry out specialist cleans, such as carpet cleaning (training provided)
Cover emergencies, such as absent cleaners
Key Responsibilities:
Cover in the event of an emergency
Assist with starting up new contracts
Report to an Operations Manager

General clean offices, schools, restaurants, event spaces, nightclubs, kitchens, public spaces
Kitchen porter Toilet and event attendance
Carpet Cleaning
Hard floor cleaning/polishing
Handyman
Window cleaning
Jet washing
Deep / builders' cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
IT cleaning
Delivering supplies

The Person - our minimum skill requirements

Highly proactive, flexible, enthusiastic, and pragmatic deliveryorientated approach with a 'can do' attitude
Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritisation skills
Able to work autonomously, and comfortable with rapid change, as well as working as part of a wider team
Previous cleaning industry experience required (3+ years)
Excellent presentation skills
Competent levels of planning and organization
Numeracy and literacy to a good level
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize
Good interpersonal skills
High levels of attention to detail
A strong work ethic
English speaker
