Queen Elizabeth Leisure Centre (Wimborne):


Dorset Council is looking for a motivated, customer focused, team player to join the Customer Services team at Queen Elizabeth Leisure Centre (Wimborne).


As a first point of call for all customers you will be confident, approachable and dedicated to providing the highest standard of customer care.

The key duties for this position include;
Handling customers enquiries both in person and over the telephone.
Handling queries regarding the Centre, facilities, events and activities
Taking bookings and payments on the point of sale system
Assisting with general administration such as record keeping, replenishing leaflets and bookings and other lessons
Sales and Memberships

Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work in a busy environment
Good level of IT Skills
The ability to use your own initiative
Experience in customer services


About you:


Flexibility and reliability are essential as you will be required to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

You will be a motivated and confident individual with a background of working in a customer facing role.
