  • Collaborate with the Business Risk Lead and others within the directorate to standardise our risk framework and drive the activity required to mature risk management
  • Embed planning, design, and implementation of a risk management process for the directorate which enables us to govern, and report risks up to enterprise level
  • Act as a quality assurance gate for risks added to the corporate risk register by the directorate and escalate key issues through the risk & compliance management board or other fora as required
  • Act as an integration point for crossfunctional and crossdirectorate risks, ensuring alignment on risk assessment, mitigation planning and execution
  • Pioneer and lead the development and implementation of tooling to oversee risk governance and compliance, such as developing and generating required reporting dashboards and driving adoption.
  • Collaborate with Risk Leads., SLT, and cross functional & cross geography stakeholders to achieve objectives
