This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative, committed, and driven individual to support the College in achieving its strategic aims and objectives through the coordination of bids and tenders, external projects, and subcontracted provision.


You will have excellent interpersonal skills with experience of working with key stakeholders, and the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines to meet audit and funding requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing highlevel administrative skills, and support to the Bids Project Manager.

Key Person Specification Requirements:


  • Previous administration experience;
  • GCSE Grade C _(4/5)_ in Maths and English _(or equivalent)_;
  • Excellent digital literacy skills;
  • Ability to deliver work to tight deadlines;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; _and_
  • Enhanced DBS check.
