Description

Job purpose:

To serve meals to the children and clean various areas of the nursery

Key tasks:

Serve lunches to children
Check food temperatures
Washing up and loading dishwasher
Ensure stock levels for breakfast and cleaning supplies are efficient and inform Senior staff when they are getting low
To assist in ordering supplies when needed
Keeping kitchen area clean and tidy
Clean other areas of the nursery including staff room and children's wash areas
Load and empty washing machine and tumble dryer

Essential for the post:

Ability to use judgement and common sense
Good organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Ability to communicate at all levels
Good time management

Hours:
All year round position, Monday-Friday 10.30am-1.30pm, with the possibility of hours increasing at busier times of year

Part-time hours 15hrs per week

£22,913 (FTE)
