Description
Providing administrative support to hiring managers such as loading job vacancies into our advertising system.

  • Making contacting with employees at key touch points in the employee life cycle through phone calls, surveys etc.
  • Coordinating and undertaking preemployment checks, confirming start dates and ensuring induction programmes are in place.


MPFT provides physical and mental health care, learning disability, and adult social care services across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin.

What we ask from you


Supporting the On boarding Process:


  • Provide advice and support to hiring managers through the recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of high volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Providing support to the recruitment process by 'hand-holding' applicants through the recruitment journey.
  • Collate data and information that will be required for reporting purposes.
  • Regularly updating hiring managers and other key stakeholders of applicant's progress.
  • Offer support and advice to people throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Ensuring that any necessary special requests to support access to events or interviews are accommodated.
  • Representing the Trust at face to face events.
  • Developing regular touch points with employees to support their induction and first 6 months in post as required.
