My client is a leading private company with significant interests in Property and Agriculture. The major property interests cover land promotion, commercial, residential and agricultural property.

Reporting to:
Commercial Director (ACA). To join a current team of 4 to manage and grow a fast expanding business. Require a qualified or part
- qualified CIMA or ACCA. The client would fund training for suitable part-qualified applicant.

Scope:
Accountant responsible for the Development and Bridging Loan Finance and Property management accounting.

Loan Finance:

Budgeting and Forecasting
Management accounting and reporting
Invoicing and payment processing
Credit Appraisal
Cash flow management funding and redemption
Loan monitoring and control

Property:

Budgeting and forecasting
Project evaluation and control
Management accounting and reporting

Investment property accounting

Rent roll, insurance and service charges
Invoicing and payment processing
Credit control

Remuneration:

Full time and flexible working
Competitive salary (dependent on qualification/experience) and performance bonus.
