Parts & Procurement Administrator
We are Britain's leading manufacturer of rescue and recovery vehicles based in Droitwich, Worcestershire where we provide vehicle solutions and aftersales support to prestigious organisations such as the RAC and AA.
Location:
Droitwich spa, Worcestershire
Role Purpose
The Parts and Procurement Administrator role involves a wide range of administrative duties to support the business with paperwork and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Expedite outstanding orders and confirm due dates with suppliers
- Review purchase order acknowledgements and raise and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide information to accounts and other internal stakeholders
- Amend purchase orders if there is a change in cost or quantity
- Input delivery notes on SAGE
- Price checking and reconciliation
- Update stock levels on SAGE
- Stock level data support
Key Attributes
- Administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of SAGE and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and positive work principles
- Good problemsolving skills
- Reliable and conscientious
- Able to work under pressure & prioritise workload
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
Experience:
- Order processing: 2 years (required)
- SAGE: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 3 years (required)
