Position Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Assistant to join the Reward team on permanent basis.

Reporting to the Reward Manager, and based at Queen Street, the Reward Assistant will support the provision of a comprehensive and professional Reward service to the business.

You will work collaboratively with our HR teams to support the delivery of the HR strategy and projects.
Job Description

Processing of UK payroll and supporting with payroll in France, South Africa, Kenya and other locations as required
Assist with administration of UK benefits; changes, reporting and annual insurance renewals
Work with Reward Analysts on pensions, shares and our global recognition scheme
Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers with queries relating to Total Reward, including pay and benefits.
Work with the HR Technology Lead and wider HRIS team to ensure accuracy within HR data and processes, including to train, coach and support HR team members in process and data management
