Backend Developer - FULLY REMOTE

Salary:
£60k + equity

Location:
remote working with just 1 day in the office per month

A brilliant new opportunity has just arisen to work with with a multi-award winning fintech who has embarked on a _Tech for Good_ mission to change modern finance.

They have built a platform that provides both businesses and individuals with fairer and more easily accessed credit by reducing the cost of borrowing for millions of financial institutions, lenders and consumers.

They are looking for an ambitious BackendDeveloper to drive social mobility and financial inclusion.

You will be a fantastic fit for this Backend Developer role if you are proficient in multiple scripting languages including Java, Python and Go, and have experience building and deploying software with DevOps tools while practising TDD and Agile methodologies.

As a Backend Developer, you will:

Analyse behavioural indices, open banking data and de-risk credit decisions for banks
Work amongst a global team of innovative scientists and technologists
Leverage AI powered financial intelligence and machine learning to create a more inclusive just finance system

You will be part of a team at the forefront of innovation with a future set up ahead of you thanks to a generous shareholder scheme of equity in the company alongside a salary of up to £60k.
