HYBRID ROLE
Our client, a forward-thinking Utilities and Energy technology company, is currently recruiting for a Schedulerto join their Scheduling team for an FTC of 12 Months.
The Schedulerwill be responsible for contacting our client's Connects portfolio of commercial customers to arrange Smart Meter appointments including meter exchanges, meter maintenance and new connections.
Responsibilities for the Scheduler
- Efficiently arranging appointments for engineers within your region considering travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels and customer demand.
- Responding to general customer enquiries according to the requirements of customer contracts
Key Skills & Experience for the Scheduler
Essential
- Up to 2 years experience in the associated field desirable but not essential
- Excellent Customer Care skills
- Keyboard/Personal computer skills
- Strong multitasking and problemsolving skills
- Strong written and spoken communication
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

£26,000.00 per year
