The Role:

With Health & Safety and customer satisfaction underpinning every job, as a Team Leader on our Southern Water contract, you will lead a small team, carrying out metering installation and developer services maintenance work.

This position is perfect for those who enjoy a physical job outside, and an ability to perform in a physically demanding role, as well as all-weather conditions.

Here are some of the additional activities you would be doing:

Undertake activities in order to minimise disruption to residents
Responsible for the safety, delivery and quality of the work undertaken by the team
Comply with legal and legislative policies and procedures in relation to health safety and environmental policies and the highway code
Checking equipment and systems are fit for use, maintained and fully operational
Responsible for risk assessments
Ensure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety and environmental regulations

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the construction & water industry we would love to hear from you.

A full, clean driving licence is essential and a NRSWA Supervisor qualification is highly desirable.
