HR Advisor - Immediate Start

Salary:
£28-32,000 per annum plus benefits

Location:
Abingdon, Oxfordshire (hybrid, a minimum of three days per week in the office)

A highly successful group of businesses, operating in the healthcare industry, are seeking a HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join their highly successful HR team.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with the Senior HR Advisor, you will beresponsible for all first-line employee queries relating to HR.

You will be responsible for providing commercially focused advice on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, long-term sickness and performance management.

Other duties will include supporting key people projects and engagement initiatives, updating and implementing HR policies ad procedures. Assisting the HR Administrator with day to day administration as and when necessary.

Whilst this opportunity is offered on an interim basis initially, there is a strong possibility that this position will be made permanent after a short while.
