PMO Analyst - Senior Associate

Location:
UK (must be commutable to London).

Travel: 2-3 days a week with clients/colleagues.

Salary:
£30,000-£42,000.

Overview:


Our client, a Big 4 Consultancy, is expanding their Alliances dept, and they have several openings within the Alliances team.

This is a multi-faceted role and would see you working alongside the main technology Practices (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoftetc.), Alliances & Sales Teams.


We are looking for someone to come from a Technology (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Workday, SAP, Google etc.) or a Professional Services / Consultancy background.


The Role (condensed):


  • You will lead development of internal comms to share best practices.
  • You will jump on calls and perform tasks with information derived from the calls (capturing actions, assigning tasks, chasing etc).
  • Support the annual planning cycle for the team.
  • You will be responsible for knowledge management of the team.
  • Ensure knowledge is accessible all in one place for the team.

Skills & Experience:


  • Experience of working within a professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to learn and with a handson approach.
  • Understanding of enterprise technology stack.
