KB Trades are urgently seeking 1 x Handymen for an immediate start to complete snagging works on a new build development in Shrewsbury.


Essential requirements for this role:
You MUST have a valid CSCS card, Tools, PPE, previous construction site experience and checkable references.


You MUST have previous experience of finishing/snagging works and be able to work through a snagging list provided by the Site Manager for each plot.


Duties will include:
- patch plastering/making good
- small areas of painting
- filling holes
- basic carpentry - such as door realignment, boxing in etc.
- sealant/mastic
- removal of protective surfaces
- & any other duties as directed by the Site Manager.


Salary:
From £18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shrewsbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
One location

Expected start date: 28/02/2023
