HR and Training Coordinator, Hinckley

  • Role would suit an Administrator or Coordinator with previous experience of working in a recruitment, HR, Human Resources, L&D, Learning and development, skills, training, or similar business environment.

This HR and Training Coordinator role will suit:

  • Role would suit an Administrator or Coordinator with previous experience of working in a recruitment, HR, Human Resources, L&D, Learning and development, skills, training, or similar business environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders (customers, suppliers, internal department managers) at all levels of a business.
  • You will be diligent, have good attention to detail and be able to work in an organised and collaborative manner.
  • You will have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) to be able to support database input and management and use bespoke training and recruitment databases.

This HR and Training Coordinator job will involve:

  • Coordination and delivery of key resourcing and skills activities across the business.
  • Working closely with department managers and external suppliers to support recruitment and training requirements.
  • Training course delegate management and bookings.
  • Support and coordination of skills events for external customers.
