An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and resourceful Client Servicing Administrator to join the team at Sleight Wealth Management Ltd, who are a well-established and successful Partner Practice of St.

James's Place Plc. (SJP)

Ideally you will have been working in Financial Services and have a good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop.

The Role:
Client Servicing Administrator

As part of a fast-paced team, you will be responsible for liaising with existing clients to schedule review meetings in line with the Client Servicing requirements.

You will be making appointments for the Partners and Advisors, and preparing reports and associated documentation
You will be dealing with a wide variety of administrative tasks so will need time management, organisational and planning skills
You will be managing the database of clients and the diaries of the Partner and Advisors
You also will help to plan and deliver on various marketing activities for the Practice.

Client Servicing Administrator
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, resilient, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and someone who has a positive, sales orientated working style

You will enjoy a client facing role and have the ability to build rapport swiftly
You will need excellent written communication skills; and a broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
You'll be a selfstarter and with the ability to work with little or no supervision, and a creative approach to problem solving.
It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
