About the Role

About You

As Associate Dean, Student Experience, you will be an experienced and successful academic with significant experience in the development, delivery and quality assurance of innovative academic programmes which respond to workforce needs and the external health and social care landscape, support excellent student outcomes and deliver and excellent student experience.

You will be an experienced and compassionate leader with experience of external engagement.

Your clear demonstrable understanding of current strategic issues in higher education as they impact on teaching and learning, the student experience, quality, and standards, brings a thorough understanding of Quality assurance and enhancement processes at all levels.

If successful, you will be flexible and positive, with an excellent ability to lead and motivate others with an inclusive, engaging team building ethos and focus.
