Our client is looking for an experienced Recovery Officer.

Assist in the collection of council tax and non-domestic rates.

Progress cases through most effective enforcement methods, deal with income and expenditure forms, agree and monitor payment arrangements, deal with customer enquiries in writing and on the phone.

We are seeking to recruit 3 experienced Recovery Officers. The role is for 3 months initially and is a combination of working in the office and from home.
